Great place overall, especially for families with young children - you have enough room, baby crib, baby chair, kitchen, dishwasher. Things that can be better: No possibility to "book" early check-in, even at the day of arrival - very weird considering that it is clear whether there are other guests it not in the villa. Water smell. I've been in number if hotels in Bukovel, none of them has the same problem with water - it might be not for drinking but it shouldn't smell so bad. Nice surprises: We got upgraded for free and actually got checked in earlier. We are coming here 3-5 times a year as it really is great value for money.

The location is amazing. Easy to walk to everything. Spa is packed with all different types of saunas, a salt room, foot massage that rocked, etc. etc! Very well maintained and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. Huge variety and enough food to satisfy all three means of the day. Having a balcony in the room was nice. It was comfortable for 3 easily. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely come again.

We initially had a room with a pool view, but the noise level was uncomfortably high. Fortunately, we were offered a much better room with a mountain view. The rooms are stylish and clean, and the hotel staff is friendly and eager to assist. We were presented with fruits and champagne. It was nice. The spa is great as well.

Breakfast and roof spa were gooood, proximity to slopes was perfect. Large ski rental facility directly in the hotel, however still missing skipass shop. 50m2 room used by 2 adults and 3 kids could practically accomodate up to 6 adults. Small hickup with parking lot entry gate hitting the front bamper of the car due to poorly installed sensors was well settled by administration. Would probably visit again during "low season" when prices get reduced and weather permitting.
