- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 908 reviewsThis place is absolutely fantastic. They make you feel like family. We stayed in an ocean front suite and it was comfortable with a lot of seating options. Absolutely in love with the housecoats provided. Situated on the best beach in Koh Mak, the views are always breathtaking. I’m a huge fan of the toiletries provided and the cleaning staff is phenomenal. The bar staff are so nice and friendly, mixing up some pretty potent drinks for Happy Hour. The most delicious welcome drinks upon checking in and our room was available right away which was amazing! Check in staff were above and beyond the friendliest. We rented scooters from the hotel at 300baht and also did a massage at the resort. They also organized our boat tickets to Koh Chang while we were exploring the island. Everything was absolutely fantastic. There is no negative aspect for this hotel. We already booked for next year because it’s literally our favourite hotel in all of Thailand. Period.Guest review bySarahCanada
- From $92.46 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 366 reviewsThis place was lovely. I really enjoyed myself. The bed was amazing comfortable and the food in the restaurant was tasty. Staff were very helpful, you can rent scooters, or the desk will happily call you a taxi. the beach was cool and maybe not a great swimming beach but with water shoes I had no problem. I liked the quiet location a bit away from the main drag. The poll was huge and there were plenty of loungers and towels. The board walk was fine, some folks commented on the condition in other posts. But they were actively replacing weak boards and installing new lighting when I was there. I was in a third-row unit and I felt like it offered great views. especially for the price!! It's Thai style for sure but I just loved it there. I would absolutely return.Guest review bykimberlyUnited States

The whole resort is just a paradise. It’s beautiful and clean, it has a great pool and a lovely breakfast. The location is perfect and you can easily rent scooters there to discover the island. This stay was one of the best ones and we can highly recommend it! We will definitely come back. Thank you so much Luka for everything! We absolutely loved it!Guest review byJosefGermany

Room was so well designed. Views amazing! Wish was a way to access the water for swimming, would be only thing would have liked to swim more easily Just loved the room! - From $58.56 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 125 reviewsI loved the intentionality of the resort, of how it is designed in nature and sustainability is clearly important. I love how you could hear the birds in the morning, the flora and fauna in and around the property, and how even small things like electrical appliances being all plugged out before using them were purposeful! I liked all the different featured like the shala, the gym, and the pool.Guest review byKimThailand

Koh Mak is quite small but beautiful and has a lot of nature. Good kick-boxing school. Variety of good eating places Koh Mak seafood being one of them. It is far more relaxed than Koh Chang with less to do but I actually found the peacefulness and serenity more alluring. The people are friendly and it has a up early sleep when the sunsets kind of vibe but also if you want to be out later you can. There are some very picturesque beaches and bars. Also a variety of takes on food By the sea has great sandwiches etc. If the weather turns bad then this is when the boredom may be an issue. However I loved the thunderstorms and lightening shows. Best I had ever seen.Guest review byMarty TUnited Kingdom - 10.0

After researching on Google satellite I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Much lusher and more tourist-friendly than I expected. Though it's a small island, there's enough there to explore more than we could in 3 nights. And it is the ideal launching site to visit the famous diving and snorkeling sites around Koh Rang island. Five nights would be adequate, unless you're a snorkeling/diving addict, then maybe more.Guest review byFredUnited States - 8.0

Very small island which is still kind of rural and not very touristy. That also means that there are not many amenities or fun things you can do. Accommodations are more basic, food or bar options are limited, and you've seen all of the island in a few hours. But you can also have a perfect chill time without any noisy tourist crowds or big loud party areas. Beaches are great. If you want more action, just take the ferry to Ko Chang (once a day).Guest review byTyeJ_travelGermany
