Amazing location, comfortable facilities. Everything was prepared nicely for our arrival and the sauna and rooms are very thoughtfully detailed. Everything necessary is available and a very useful AC is built in, great view. Comfortable bed and tasteful interior.

The place is a mess. The room looks like either a prison or some hell-hole from a 1960s USA Movie. It never felt safe to the extent that I had to get up to check our vehicles - as there was a party house in teh complex with load music until 6am.
