Thank you for the incredible experience we had during our recent stay at your beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—just down the road from the Myvatn hot springs, which made exploring the area so convenient. They also provide a 10% discount if booked through them. Both on-site restaurants were good, offering nice meals and a cozy atmosphere. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the lounge, where Tomas, your talented bartender, made our evenings memorable with his great service and friendly conversation. Amazing location. Rooms super clean, spacious with comfortable beds, updated feel in the rooms despite older hotel. Common spaces are kitschy and fun. Lobby coffee machine was awesome. Staff were great, dining delicious

This was 1 of 12 places we stayed during our 16 day trip. It was the only place where the host was not friendly at all and bothered that we checked in with him and paid in person. Actually he was the ONLY local we met in 16 days that was unfriendly. The price I was charged was $50 more than the price on my booking app. Maybe that was an “annoyance tax”. The place is also not easy to find. The room was small and not very private. You had to close the shades as people are always walking by and there’s no where to change in private Very Small shower/bathroom. I would definitely not stay here again. Community kitchen was nice and well stocked.
