Everything is perfect. Speechless. The room is very clean, equipped with everything necessary, pillows, and blankets, soft and cozy, bed is highly comfortable, shower and shower facilities are of the highest quality, the hotel spa is amazing, and the gym is professional and fully equipped. Overall, it is a true five star hotel, I would’ve given it seven stars.

Her attentiveness was especially appreciated when my nephew fell ill; she was always available, ensuring we had everything we needed to make his stay comfortable. A special shoutout to Kenan, the bartender, who brightened our mornings with his warm greetings and exceptional service. His dedication to providing us with an outstanding experience made our time in the restaurant truly memorable. I also want to extend my gratitude to Manager Miras Love, who was just a phone call away whenever we needed assistance. His proactive approach in checking in on us and making sure we had everything we required was remarkable.
