The accommodation was beautiful - it overlooked a vineyard, was quiet, beautifully designed and furnished. It was a pleasure to wake up to the view each morning and we had a very relaxing stay. There was parking right outside. There was a kitchenette so we were able to prepare our own breakfasts (but no stove).

The hotel is just so beautiful. The room is so spacious and beautifully appointed as well as a gorgeous large balcony where we enjoyed a leisurely wine while watching the parrots come visit in the trees. The kitchenette with coffee, tea and breakfast provisions is very thoughtful, especially for those of us who don't take dairy- there were many non dairy milk options (something that is very rare in other hotels). As there are only 5 rooms in the hotel, it feels very private and luxe, and the location is at the end of the gorgeous town within easy walking distance to cafes and shops. We came across this hotel by accident last year and loved it so much that we decided to make a special visit to come back again this year. Little did we know that so many renovations were to occur in the year that managed to make the hotel even better. Staying here was the perfect end to a lovely holiday

Adelaide is a great place. The people are so friendly.

Adelaide is a great place. The people are so friendly. Transport is easy to find and use, an amazing free bus & tram that circles the city. Driving is also very easy to do. A well planned city that is surrounded by amazing, picturesque parklands. Amazing restaurants and food. The 3 different winery areas all offer amazing experiences of wine, food, relaxation and art. The tours on offer are great and very informative. The zoo, botanic gardens, the markets, the casino, Himeji gardens, great shopping within the city. Then lovely beaches and wineries just a short drive away. Wanting the perfect way to relax - treat yourself to the paddle boat cruise at Murray River - food and cocktails so good. Something for everyone awaits you in Adelaide.

Exquisite town of stone buildings and gorgeous architecture. Absolutely picturesque ❤️ We went to the German arms hotel which had a very detailed menu and the food and drinks were amazing! The Mill had great food and pool tables and big screen tv to watch sport. The leather shop has some great items. So many gorgeous antique shops. The Main Street you can walk all day and still not see everything.

    Great wine region

Great wine region All the wineries are reasonably close together, but you either need a car (with a nominated skipper), or go on a wine tour. There are some large wineries and some small boutique wineries. All the staff at the cellar doors were very knowledgeable Some wineries did lunch. There were enough options for evening meals in the town.

The location was great and the Villla was spacious and so clean. It was also in excellent condition like brand new. The Villas do back on to the main road which is a little noisy at night for those who want complete quiet. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. Would stay there again.

Port Noarlunga was a surprisingly good spot for a short (or longer holiday). There were plenty of dining options in easy walking distance and the beach was great. Water quality was excellent during our stay in February, with amazing clarity that enabled us to see plenty of marine life from the Jetty. Diving of snorkelling on the reef would have been a good experience - just remember to take a wetsuit as the water is pretty cool. There are major shopping facilities less than 5 minutes drive from the beachfront if that is your thing. The location also provides easy access to the wine region of McLarenvale (just 15 minutes easy drive). The coastline to the south is really quite spectacular and well worth a drive, with lots of sandy beaches and secluded bays.

Even tho it was on the main road it was quite quiet. Great friendly staff. Has 2 areas in park, only a little ground area in one end and lovely pool area. Great for a short stay. Was a little pricey but it was the beginning of school holidays.

The only disappointing thing was all the steps as we were only staying one night on our way through Adelaide, so therefor found it very hard getting up and down the narrow steps with luggage etc. We ate in the hotel itself, and had a great feed. Fairly easy to get around, but would have got lost without the sat nav.

Henley Offers a beautiful mix of fine dining and affordable food and bars. It has a great atmosphere. Buses to the city, 7 minutes to Glenelg, and the same to West lakes. Just a little further to Semaphore. It is a hub for all costal destinations, 20 minutes from city. Perfect in between location for Live Golf, The Tour, sporting destinations held in Adelaide. 1 hour to Barossa and 1 hour to McLaren Vale. ( probably a little less actually) Central, fun, beautiful
