Very nice staff. Location is great, I had window towards the party street and the room is surprisingly well sound proofed. I am quite sensitive to sound, but had no trouble sleeping with earplugs even in a completely sober state. Yes, you will here music playing until about 03.30am. I went to sleep at midnight most nights. Breakfast is very good at a good price, I'd go eat breakfast there even if I did not stay there! Good air conditioner which was obviously cleaned since I did not get a throat infection even though it was blowing on me all night while sleeping. Very rare to find a place that have clean air conditioner, my first time finding such a place in Pattaya actually.
