The apartment's location is ideal. Probably the best location to stay in Dubrovnik. Close to the beaches, the nearest is only 5 min walk. The best beaches of Dubrovnik are in this area. Away from the noisy promenade, so it was very peaceful and comfortable to be there and to sleep. Only 5 bus stops to the old city, bus stop is 3-5 min walk. The apartment itself has everything you need for a vacation, kitchen, bathroom are very well equipped. I highly recommend this place for a couple or a family with 1 kid. The hosttes is very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our baggage after check out for a couple of hours.
