The staff were great. We were leaving before the breakfast started so they offered us a breakfast meal to take with us which was really nice. The airport shuttle in the morning was great. Super convenient to the airport.

    Everything about the hotel was just spot on, and the location being next to the Robinson Mall is fantastic, seemed I was always trecking over there because I had forgotten something or decided I needed something there. Also I found the absolute best restaurant I've been to in the Philippines in that mall, it's not in the food court. Can't remember the name but it's the first fancy restaurant as you walk in the main door from the hotel side on the right. You may know by the gleaming white pants that the staff wears and the colorful menu at the front door.

    The breakfast was really well prepared..much better than other breakfast included. The staff was awsome and in our first hour we found a tricycle driver that was more than helpful in showing us everything that Puerto Princesa had to offer.That then became our main mode of transportation,,the experience of seeing through a local was fantastic,and he also bragged about the hotel to us..Our only regret was not scheduling more time to visit the area,,,meaning we will be returning..Look for tricycle driver Ryan Rosales...highly recomended......

    First of all thank you so much to Jessica with superb coordination , responsive supportive, friendly and approachable. Her customer service ethics is highly commendable. Its a pity we did not met her personally. Breakfast, staff and services were awesome. We re running of time they were helpful and considerate. They packed our breaky for 9 pax. Room - very clean. Pool - not able to use as it closed at 10pm not enough time for travellers with full of activites for a short period of stay. In summary, ecxellent stay at Aziza Paradise!

    Just steps to the beach. The eggs Benedict were the best breakfast we had in the phillipines. Many places for treats near. Even a nice tattoo shop. We will stay here again without hesitation. Very charming experience.

    We didnt spend a lot of time in the Puerto itself sadly, given our resort was 90 minutes away but we made a couple of day trips and Puerto seems more relaxed & laid back than most cities in the Philippines with plenty of activities.

    Every day I walked from the hotel to Sabang wharf on the beach and on one day had coffee, adobo and itlog in a small cafe there. Everyone was very friendly, and I bought some Pasalubong, when they did not have my tee shirt size, they went to another shop to get it for me and to get change when I gave them 1000 peso note. I asked directions to the falls, but no one was exactly sure where it was or how long it would take to get there. The place was secure (police station at the wharf and coastguard and army regularly on patrol in the area. I eventually found the park that a friend recommended (5 km from the hotel) and had an excellent buffet lunch there twice and again they made Chester very welcome, the park was free and had some interesting, recycled artworks and a tribute to the devastation in the area by Typhoon Odette- well worth a visit. Also visit Buenavista viewpoint- the local community run it and you can get Buko juice, coffee, snacks and Pasalubong plus take great photos of the bay

    Worst public ride rates, not regulated, mostly a rip-off. The streets are unsafe with so many potholes, no street cleaners to keep the dust away. I appreciate the vehicles stopping when a person crosses the street.

    The only point of living in this town is to take a tour of the underground river. The city itself is not made for people, and especially not for tourists. The only tourist street is Rizal Street, there are a few nice restaurants there, and that's it - there is nothing else to do in the city, nowhere to walk.
