Breakfast was amazing. champagne for breakfast put that cherry on top. I even turned it into a Mimosa! :) The facilities were clean, location was perfect right at the heart of old town and only 10 minute walk from the train station with suitcases.

I just stayed at the ABC Hotel in Chur, Switzerland, and I was really impressed with their services. I've stayed in plenty of four and five star hotels over the years, but this hotel had it all over them. The actual hotel and room were not ritzy (though still nice), but the amenities were great. They asked me to fill out a questionnaire before I came on which I chose my style of bedding, pillow type, do I want robe and slippers, right down to the type of toilet paper I prefer. Their breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and the staff bent over backward to ensure I was taken care of. They also have some free amenities that are not offered by other hotels, such as sauna, steam bath, and some other spa amenities. These are the things that keep people coming back.

Location was great. Room was good - Except that it was in what felt like for attic. At over 6 feet tall my partner was constantly ducking. Other than that it was Great!!!!

1. Our grandchild left her stuffed dog toy in the bed and we did not have time to get it. I made the reception and management aware of the problem and was called the next morning after check-out and informed that the toy had been located by examining all bedding to be washed., and that it would be mailed back to us. That is GREAT SERVICE! 2. The restaurant is very conveniently located in the hotel and we were happy with the meals and service. 3. The bus to the rail station is right outside the entrance and free if using the "Graubünden Guest Card"

Great hotel. Andrew who worked the front desk made the check in easy, I wish all my check ins went this smoothly. Great location to the central part of the city.

I made the right choice. This is a very high quality and excellent hotel. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It has the quality design you will find in 5-star hotels. It is a great option to stay here, just 15 minutes away from Chur. I will stay at this hotel every time I come here and I definitely recommend it.
