I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the quality of service and accommodation I experienced during my stay at your hotel. My overall experience was one of great comfort and satisfaction. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the courteous attitude of the staff and their dedication to guest comfort truly made my stay memorable. I would especially like to thank the front desk team for their polite and prompt assistance, as well as the housekeeping staff for their professionalism and respectful service — with special mention to Ameera, Mohammed, Saad, and everyone else without exception. I would also like to share a couple of suggestions for improvement: 1. It would be even better if breakfast was served as an open buffet, offering more variety and flexibility for guests. 2. The beach area felt a bit small, especially during peak hours, as it serves guests from all hotels in the group. Once again, thank you. Exceptional and most friendly owners, you really feel like home. They live nearby so they are always available for any help. They can even tell you all about the places to visit. The apartment is clean and comfortable, everything you need is there . The location is very near to Naima Bay, and downtown. Very close to Hollywood and Soho Square. The pools are clean inside the compound. It was an amazing stay. Would love to come for even longer time in the future ❤️
