The country of Georgia is now under development. However the big building is not yet completed, but hosting guests. There is no parking space around the building, the narrow road in front pains always traffic jam with double parking each road sides. Walking pedestrian way is stucked on carpark. Kvariati is a 15km area from Batumi. It is small, but has everything for a beach vacation. The apartments are clean and with amazing views (mostly uphill). In contrast with Batumi, Kvariati is way more calm and peaceful, it’s a place where you go to relax, it is in 30 min ride from Batumi, so if you do want more of the touristy places and nightlife, you still can go there by taxi (they are quite affordable, 5-6$ for a ride). It is an uphill location, so lots of walking could be hard, but taxis are affordable. Kvariati is peaceful, relaxing and the beaches are way more cleaner than in any other place and there is “Sazandari” restaurant in the beach area with amazing food, helpful staff and quick and good service, the food is 27-28$ for 2 people, quite affordable too! We really enjoyed staying in this quiet town that is about 10 minutes fromm the port of Batumi. Makhinjauri has a beautiful coast line and botanical garden. I would highly recommend visiting this huge botanical garden with a big variety of different plants and trees. You could spend all day there because of its size and variety of different plants, flowers, and trees. One of the worst experience, the place is extremely bad and absolutely not family friendly First you need to go to one block on 15th floor for check in, lifts are so crowded and many of them not working and you need to wait for 1 hr to get in the lift Then you reach 15th floor where a rude lady will do your check in and just handover a card and ask you to go to another tower means you have to wait for another 1 hr for lifts , imagine doing this with kids and luggage. They promised to provide cribs and when you ask lady she rudely refused that we don’t have The apartment was in very dirty situation and not even blankets available ,washrooms are dirty and they don’t offer house keeping unless you pay them heavy fee for each day which was so unacceptable They provide you a what’s app number to contact as no reception and you can message endless on those number and they will never reply The only time they sent you message is on check out date We decided to leave the place after 2 hrs but we lost out money as it was non refundable In summary any family should never think about this place as this is true warning Also they added my review as exceptional without even me writing any review so I would say their reviews are all fake and likely scamGuest review byImranUnited Arab Emirates - 10.0

We had a wonderful stay in Kvariati. The villa was cozy, spacious, and surrounded by nature — perfect for families or groups. The sound of the nearby stream and the beautiful mountain-sea view made it a peaceful retreat. The villa owner was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and generous — he truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing to keep in mind: the road up to the villa is a bit steep, so having a car is strongly recommended. That said, the host was always ready to help if anything was needed. Great place, greenful and quiet, with not overcrowded streets and beach compare to the rest of Batumi, however infrastructure is still underdeveloped there - few cafes and restaurants, beach is not clean, mineral springs in this area are abandoned and closed and streets and pavements are not renovated for the last ~10 years.
