Dammam and Khobar are very beautiful cities with plenty to offer. Our stay was fantastic. We explored the Corniche, which offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, and enjoyed Arabic cuisine at restaurants like Al Romansiah. The Mall of Dhahran was amazing, offering a wide range of shopping and entertainment options. We also visited the King Fahd Park, which is one of the largest parks in Saudi Arabia, and took a trip to Half Moon Bay, where the serene beaches were perfect for relaxation. The Heritage Village in Dammam gave us a glimpse into the rich history and culture of the region. For a bit of adventure, we visited Al Khobar’s Scitech Technology Center, which was both educational and entertaining. Al-khafji is a small town close to sea.
Al-khafji is a small town close to sea. The thing I liked about it was that the beach had less people so it was relative clean. Even kids can take a bath in it. I am not sure if less crowd was due to Eid-vacations or is it always like that. The beach had lots of parking places, rides for kids and at least one bathrooms for about a kilometer region . Beach had good sand and less rocks as compared to other big city beaches like Alkhobar, or Jeddah (two beaches I have seen so far in Saudi). My kids even found very nice shells over there. Once inside sand or water they didn't want to leave. I really loved this beach. I saw other females inside the ocean as well with the family which was a good news for me so I could also go in, of course with appropriate clothes (fully covered swimsuit or your full pants and shirt).
