there were dangerous horrible people everywhere and i felt in danger for my young family. there were people partying right outside my gradmothers window late at night until i said something. i was then threatened by those people. i asked the hotel staff if we couild swim in the pool. he said yes, but when we went to the pool, there was a sign on it saying that it was contaminated. i almost had my children swimming in that! i felt in danger the whole time. very stressy.

This was supposed to be a very special weekend.
This was supposed to be a very special weekend. A weekend that went from bad to extremely foul before I can move. Room was horrible, booked 2 nights, originally was put in the wrong room. A room of which someone else was in. I walked into a room where someone already was. So here I am back downstairs to ask about the situation, so then I’m giving a second key card just to find out this room was a mess, bed wasn’t made, fridge left open with food left inside. So here I am again back down stairs trying to get the room I reserved, the room I just paid $300 for. So I ask the front desk the if the room I reserved was an option. He fought to give me another room, gave attitude explaining all rooms were dirty that they didn’t have a maid to deal with it. He finally gave me the correct room just to find out it’s in no better condition. No towels, bed again not made, I seen a mouse and that was it, I had enough, left without completing my 2 night stay. This place was filthy. Honestly wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Morgan Hill is a beautiful little community that used to be covered in orchards. There are options to enjoy yourself with any budget. Pick your poison - massage, restaurant, farmers market, winery, bowling alley, or bocce if you prefer and killer antique stores. Lots of open space and fresh air, to clear the head.

Unprofessional and did not give me the option to speak to someone in authority to express my concern. Stated manager and assistant manager were neither available. Should have had reserved room ready by 3 pm and my arrival time of 3:30 pm. Never stay at this hotel!

There was a festival for two day in downtown Morgan Hill so The main road was closed which inconvenience us but I’m from the town over so I know my way around town. But I didn’t know about the fireworks show they were having across the street from where we were staying it would have been nice if we were told something or even a flyer in the room we returned at 830 pm and we were bloomed from returning to our room. The fireworks show was at 945 pm we couldn’t get back to our room til 11 pm . Morgan hill is beautiful lot of little shop downtown and a couple wineries as well. But this hotel I would never tell someone to stay there.
Free breakfast was good. The waffles and fresh fruit were a hit with my kids. For an older hotel, it was clean. Some minor wear for example, paint scratched off furniture, stain on curtain, bathroom smelled strange (like moldy wood). I do expect this since it's older. The beds were comfortable and clean. No bugs or spiders at all. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed mid-week and they had a lot of guests but it was quiet. Be aware it is by the freeway and if you have the window open you will hear lots of traffic.
I liked the property but it would have been nice if I was able to stay here. the front staff told me I didn’t have reservations could not pull up my information. so I had to book another hotel and this one still took my money as if I canceled. so I ended up paying for two hotels The management did not help at all. basically said it’s your loss.. so I’m pretty upset about it.
close to the Morgan hill sports complex which is why we were there son played at that location .. friendly staff and clean just a fyi property allows pets so many dogs in hotel first room we had received had 2 dogs barking inside next door nonstop for hours finally had to have our room changed and they did so with no complaints once that was done our night was quiet
The lady was really rude and not very helpful in helping me get into a room she wasn't really well welcoming and she made it difficult just in general so I ended up staying on the streets that night it was I just I've never gone to a hotel trying to spend my money to stay there and be pushed out like how I was or disregarded anyways
Scott, at the front desk, was quick, polite and efficient. Best things: The parking is right in front of the hotel and right off Hwy 101 The shower, the towels are good quality. Trail Dust, best brisket breakfast tacos (7am- to?) are close by. Plus, there are many off tasty restaurants nearby.
it was well furnished. staff was friendly. the bed! was comfortable. pillows were fluffy but would flatten out. bathroom was very clean. not as up to date as the rest of the room. I loved that we had the option to sign into our Netflix account instead of watching hotel room cable
Well i have being in the hotel with previous owners and it was clean! Now rhe bed sheets have a lot of dog hair and there’s old food around the and behind the the beds !!!! And the smell of cigarettes is abit strong! Am Never going back to hotel!!! Thanks
spent one night in this hotel. Chosen it just for one night sleep on our way from SFO to Big Sur. Quite happy with our choice. All we needed is 24 hour front desk, comfy beds and a breakfast. We got all what we needed
