The property is exclusive to guest only.You can find comfort and ease when it comes to security. The facilities are better compared to other resorts in Lian.Though it is next to the many resorts, the exclusivity gave us comfort. Also, the room we had is luxurios just like any 3 star hotel would have.
The staff were responsive, selfless and resilient. When my baby had an asthma attack for the 1st time, Agnes has been very helpful and selfless to aid us in looking for a nebulizer to be borrowed. Also she gave us directions where we can buy medicine in the late night.We would like to thank Agnes for being selfless, helpful and ready to serve always when you asked for anything. Thank you so much Agnes!!!

We booked our stay last April 2024 for 1 night only. I specifically booked this place because I saw on booking.com that this is a beach front. Indeed it was a beach front but we didn't get to enjoy the beach or the sea because it is low tide. It wasn't a nice beach. Good thing is there was a swimming pool. My niece able to enjoyed that one. We had a twin bedroom and it was very spacious. The beds were big, clean and smells nice. I do like that their water on the bathroom is warm. They do not have complimentary coffee or bottled water on the room but they do have a service water on the restaurant. The staffs are all nice, courteous and prompt to request. The area is huge but their not much facility there. I guess there place is still in progress or development. Their restaurant have limited choices. They said we could our own food but we need to pay corkage fee of 500. For snacks or any light meal, they do not charge corkage fee. Which we really appreciate so much because we brought our leftover food when we ate in Tagaytay for lunch and they didn't charge us for corkage fee. The place is not hard to find or travel into. We waze into the place and the roads are nice and wide except when we're near there was a short rough road. Also there was an environmental fee before you enter the Baranggay where this resort is located.
Overall the place is quiet, enough for relaxation. But it you're looking for a nice beach maybe this is not place for you.

I recommend this property for quick family get away. Very province vibe, the place is spacious, peaceful and quiet, Mang Antoy is very helpful, owners are nice and easy to communicate with . Overall we enjoyed our stay in this property though some parts of the house needs repair/renovation but it did not ruin the fun.
