It was light and airy, warm and everything had a place. It was welcoming.

Everything was perfect from the moment I picked up the key to checking out. Jenny the host was very easy to communicate with and didn't hesitate to provide me details that I required.
The property was so clean and absolutely loved everything about it, great hospitality from the reception too.
Nice room. Underground parking.
Excellent accommodation & excellent communication ! All was perfect Attention to detail & comfort Will be my go-to now for Canberra
Clean, well equipped and supplies and much more, beautifully decorated, feel like home, nice views, walking to many casual cafes, secure, Tracy is a nice host.
The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet was top notch.
The hotel is at an excellent location, with everything from restaurants and shops right there on a short walk. The hotel promised to be pet friendly and they were not only friendly but amazingly friendly! Fully recommended to travel with your pets as both the room and facilities in general are great. They had some goodies in the entrance to welcome the pets (treats, wet wipes, doggy bags) that were also great!
Amazing view, clean and tidy, and we could travel with our little Cavalier King Charles spaniel. The location is perfect, with included parking. We'll stay again on our next visit to Canberra.
This hotel was fantastic. Great location: a five-minute walk from Manuka Village which has lovely cafe's, restaurants, and a giant, reasonably-priced Cole's, and a 10-minute walk from Kingston shops. The #6 bus stops right near the hotel and can take you to major museums and the CBD. I stayed in room 509, which was pin-drop quiet, had a view of Mount Ainslie, and hands down the best-equipped kitchen I've ever had in an apartment hotel: full-size fridge and freezer, oven and stovetop, dishwasher, plus an array of pots, pans, and utensils. There was a washing machine, a dryer (!!!) and a drying rack that you can place on the small but comfy terrace. The bed was firm. The bathroom was spacious. The shades blocked the light completely at night. The people at the front desk were responsive, friendly, and helpful. The gym was pretty well equipped and roomy. I didn't try the restaurant for food but they made good coffee.
