Garden Precinct 3BR, Walking distance to Airport - Hosted by Canstay offers accommodations in Duntroon, 3 miles from American War Memorial and 3.8 miles from Australian War Memorial. Absolutely loved the fresh air and space, in a huge garden so close to the city centre. Wonderful visits from the local birdlife, and a garden showing autumn colours at the same time as the early spring blooms. House well set up, and extremely easy to warm up.

Canberra Holiday Village in Canberra provides accommodations with a bar, barbecue facilities, and a shared lounge. This campground offers free private parking, a shared kitchen, and free Wifi. Great price for location, loved the pub on site, staff were friendly and accommodating. We stayed 3 nights with 4 people, sharing two cabins, spending about $980 all up. A price that couldn't be matched anywhere else for the dates we were looking for. Also appreciated cooking facilities in our cabins, it allowed us to spend less money on eating out or takeaway.

Host was helpful and instructions were clear. Location is excellent for Canberra and walking around lake and Kingston foreshore, will stay again next time we are in Canberra.
