Life House-Semkovo
Absolutely lovely place! Somewhat hidden in the forest but not completely secluded as there are other houses nearby. It is visible that the place was made with care and thoughtfulness. It is very well-kept. It was very clean and had everything you might need, even a hand mixer and chopper. Plamen (the host) was extremely kind to share his very delicious homemade beans with us when we came in the evening. Our little one loved it so much, she kept mentioning the beans every day we were there. He is very responsive and makes sure that the guests are taken care of. We enjoyed walking around the forest very much - there is a lovely lake with ducks about 20ish minutes by foot from the house. We loved the house and the region! We’d love to come visit again.

The house was great on a great location it also has a big parking. They have some games that you could play like jenga and chess. We really liked the fireplace outside. For anyone who wants to chop wood you are free to do so (several of the guest really liked chopping wood)

Всичко във вилата ни хареса изключително много. Бяхме приятно изненадани от топлото посрещане с вино, вода и плодове, което ни накара да се почувстваме специални още от първия момент. Домакините бяха помислили за всеки детайл, така че нищо да не ни липсва. Особено ни впечатли богатият избор от кафе капсули и чай, които бяха предварително осигурени за гостите. Вилата беше безупречно чиста, модерно и стилно обзаведена. Интериорът е изключително интересен и съчетава съвременен дизайн с усещане за домашен уют и комфорт. Едно от нещата, които най-много ни допаднаха, беше фактът, че всяка вила разполага със собствено джакузи и прекрасно обособено дворно пространство със зеленина, което създава спокойна и релаксираща атмосфера. Прекарахме си чудесно и със сигурност бихме посетили това място отново. Горещо го препоръчваме!
We had an amazing experience staying in two adjacent villas, both of which were pristine and well-maintained. The breakfast was truly delightful, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Potential guests should note there is currently a construction site nearby; however, it didn't disturb our stay. My only long-term concern is that once the construction is complete, the stunning views of the Pirin Mountains may be partially obstructed for some of the villas.
The location (on the slopes of Rilla) and the view from the verandah (of Pirin) are amazing. The house is comfortable and well organized. It is in a peaceful place at the end of the village, but less than 10 minutes on foot to the center and the supermarkets. There are many routes and places of interest in less than 30 minutes by car. There are 3 horse riding and breeding bases in the village - we went in "Perivolas" and the kind owners gave our 3-year-old son his first lesson on big horse. There are many routes and places of interest in less than 30 minutes by car. The neighbors and the people in the village were nice. The host Radka was warm and helpful. Highly recommend!
The property was more like a home than a vacation rental. The kitchen is extreme well stocked. The location on the edge of Banya made it quiet with great views of the mountains. The living/dining area is huge. The wooden hot bath was greatly appreciated, especially since the nearby spa hotel did not sell entrance tickets to non guests.

We had an excellent stay at the villa. There's an amazing yard, with lovely flowers and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mountain views. We greatly enjoyed the barbecue and having dinner under the stars. The rooms themselves were spacious and doors provided a lot of privacy.
