If I can give this property 20 out of 10 I would. Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy and facilities are very well thought throughout for the best stay that you can have. I've traveled a lot and apartments are my preference for stay because of convenience, but this one exceeded my expectations. Bonus stuff that made our stay amazing: 1. The friendly host - Nikos was amazing and made everything possible for us to feel at home; 2. There was dishes soap, sponge, salt, frappe maker, utilities to clean the apartment (if you wish) during your stay, also let me mention that this is the second place in my life where the host left us washing powder for the washing machine, we were able to clean our salty towels before going home. 3. 10 min by foot away from Venus beach - a great place for relaxation and swimming 4. 10 min by foot away from Lidl 5. Bus stop to the Kato Paphos is like 5 min from the property 6. There is a small pool, which was impeccably clean everyday 7. A cosy balcony - with a place to sit down and sip your frappe 8. I really felt like home. If this place is available for you desired dates, I highly recommend you to book it! You won't regret this choice. These guys really know how to make your holiday a wonderful one. Thanks again and see you soon (i hope) 🫶

Very large room, clean and accessible. Bathroom was huge and the shower was lovely. Host is very friendly and there to help out. Room has plenty of amenities and the AC unit was great.

It was literally the best place we have stayed while travelling. Our favourite thing about the apartment is definitely the view and the spacious balcony - it is the highest property in building. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything you need. Even electrical adapters that we didn't even know we needed before arriving. Also shampoos, hair conditioners and body lotions for all days. There were many free parking spots for rental car. Beach, restaurants and shops were near but the apartment area was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back without even looking at other options.

Everything! These suites are in a lovely authentic village a few kilometers from Polis. The attention to detail both inside and out is outstanding! The rooms are perfectly appointed and the bed and pillows super comfortable (not sure what another reviewer experienced). We travel a lot and have been to Cyprus many times to visit family in Paphos but this area of Cyprus is definitely our favorite. Now, our favorite area has our favorite accomodations. Perfect. Without a shadow of a doubt, we will be returning.

    Very nice and helpful owner. He described us very accurate everything we need: the apartment location, nearest shops/ restaurants, how the equipment inside works. We had all kitchen facilities we could imagine. The apartment itself is very convenient and spacy. The hostage allowed us to stay longer in the apartment, and we very grateful for it

    The apartment and bathroom was very clean on arrival. I received a very warm welcome from the host Nikos. Its a nice little self catering studio apartment. Hot water available 24hrs and great water pressure. Kitchenette has lots of cutlery and pots to cook a meal if you wish to. Also has a clean little fridge. Fresh towels. Great outdoor pool. Fantastic location with walking distance to supermarket and the nearby mall.

    Self catering was what we wanted, plenty of kitchen ware to help yourself with cooking :) Location was very quiet, beach, restaurants and shops walking distance, so no particular need of renting car, unless you want to explore the island by yourself. There was an access to swimming pool, but warning not to use it due to some troubles with licence... I think it was outside of the season usual no no. we used it once anyway, colder than the sea lol

    It was in a quiet local neighbourhood with large balcony, the kitchenette had everything you needed and the apartment building was quiet. Perfect for long stay or self-catering. We stayed 8 nights but ate out. Bus stop 50 metres away with bus every 20 minutes for 7 minute ride to harbour area, walkable to main town as well. Supermarket 100 metres. The host, Valentinos was unbelievably helpful and polite and arranged a hire car for us, gave us a map and explained places to visit. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

    We loved it! great location with beautiful cove beach just outside. Great flats and lots of space for parking. The pool is great and there are plenty of sun loungers both on the pool side and in the garden with stunning views. Flats are newly furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for self catering if you don’t want to eat out every night. The people that run it are super nice and make sure you have a great stay. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!
