We arrived at the hotel, but it was completely closed and nobody was there to let us in. We tried to contact the property and Booking.com, but we received no response and no assistance. We were left stranded with our children late at night, unable to find alternative accommodation. We had to leave and were unable to find anywhere else that would accept us. This situation has caused us significant stress and inconvenience. We paid for accommodation that we could not access, and we received no help from your customer service. I urgently request a full refund and appropriate compensation for the costs and inconvenience caused. Please treat this matter as an urgent complaint and respond as soon as possible.

I stayed for six nights, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The room was spacious, with an efficiently equipped kitchen—perfect for a short stay. The self check-in process was simple and convenient, using just the family name. The hosts provided me with a fan and an iron as my prior request, which I truly appreciated. Although the property is a bit outside Cologne, the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away (about 280 m). From there, it takes around 30 minutes to reach the city center. Within walking distance (600–800 m), you’ll also find restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. The location itself is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to rest and enjoy a good night’s sleep. I loved everything about my stay here and would highly recommend it.
