Julieta is a wonderful host. We had some issues with the stairs (traveling with people with reduced movility). I did the reservation through my phone and it happens that booking.com doesn't say anything about stairs when booking using a phone instead of a computer, but Julieta was very receptive and help us with a solution, in fact we decided to stay only one night but at the end we stayed 3 nights because of the way Julieta and her husband treated us and help us. The house is beautiful and you will find almost everything you would find in your own house. You will feel as you were in your own home.

Apt "5I" at Apartamentos Santa Fe was one of our favorite accommodations of our entire week in the Madrid and surrounding area! The spacious 1 BR apt could not be beat - it was clean, had all necessary amenities with stunning views of the Alcazar and main square activity direct from the room's ample windows! There is also a great cafe directly behind the building. We liked this stay so much, we immediately booked a 2nd night and we will stay here again anytime in Toledo (we hope to return!)!

The apartment was stunning and spacious. The location couldn't have been better - so close to everything, right in the heart of old town. Being on the first floor was nice so we didn't have to take too many stairs with luggage.

Location! Perfect for a family of 5 traveling. Hide-a-bed was comfy too!! Questions via email or phone were answered quickly! We were able to store our luggage before the apt was cleaned, thank you!

Location is excellent just outside the Alcazar and walking distance to everything. The unit has 2 floors, first floor has a kitchen, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bath. Upstairs is a loft with two more beds, great for family but only negative was that it had only one bath. Loved the modern decor and the kitchen was fully equipped with all amenities.
