Great team they were on spot when our shower door would not close. Nice place with lovely places to eat.

The accommodation was clean, warm and cozy. It had a great welcome pack and Steve was exceptionally helpful.

Area was wonderful..view out of garden, perfect and quiet.

What can I say? This place is absolutely idyllic. A true hidden gem in the heart of the new forest, quite literally on your door step. Family friendly, dog friendly, and peaceful. Compete with everything you would need , from toiletries to hairdryers. Washing machine and tumble dryers in case you get a wet and windy holiday. It’s all there. The cleanliness is another level, and we will 100 % be returning. Wonderful , welcoming host, with knowledge of the local area. I honestly couldn’t recommend more. Thank you so much for having us.

What a truly special place to stay! We were looking for somewhere unique and memorable for our mini honeymoon after getting married, and this place absolutely delivered. Everything was spotless, the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the freestanding bath was a lovely touch. We spent a fun evening playing pool in the bar area, and although we didn’t use the hot tub—it looked easy to operate—it was a bit too chilly outside for us! Suzy and Neil were fantastic hosts, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We only felt guilty that we couldn’t finish it all because there was so much! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a little slice of luxury.
