Amazing location, 3 minutes walking distance to the sea and close to mini markets, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, equipped with all amenities, and had a big balcony. Owners are so polite and friendly. The owners gifted us local olive olive.

The property is located across from the share. It’s a modern, clean, and welcoming place. The quality and value for money is way above average. The property is well maintained, neat, and hospitable. The owners are delightful, approachable, and helpful. Do not second guess when booking.

Clean apartment 20 minutes from Kalamata airport with all amenities (fridge was modern and air condition worked very well). The view from this this first floor apartment (there is one apartment next to it and one above inhabited by all year residents) is not spectacular (overlooking a small parking space), however this didn't bother us as we were able to enjoy the ocean view - including beautiful sunsets - from the two restaurants Athina's Grill and Island Café just across the street at the shore. Both restaurants offer free sun beds (you just are supposed to order a drink when using them) on a clean pebble beach with clear waters. We were there mid July and despite high season it was always easy to find free sun beds, even on a Sunday. It was also easy to find a good table at the two restaurants for breakfast or dinner. The other location related advantage is a great mini market right next to the apartment which offers everything you need if you like to eat your own breakfast etc. at the apartment. Nights were quiet, we did not hear any dogs bark (as mentioned in previous reviews) nor did we hear much from the apartment above The communication with the host was uncomplicated, and he was always helpful.

Our second visit - faultless as expected. Beautiful location and very private with only 4 villas total in the build, and car parking, that are hidden by a shared electric gate (controlled with your key). The host greeted us on arrival as we coordinated over Whatsapp, which works perfectly for us. She is wonderful, friendly and ready to provide information on the area should you need it. In walking distance there are 4-5 excellent authentic and affordable restaurants, and a secluded beach bar which has recently had investment. Our favourite restaurant was "ΖΕΦΥΡΟΣ ΠΟΥΛΕΑ" - completely family run and authentic, high quality cuisine - we visited 4 times. Driving slightly further out, there are even more beach restaurants with ample parking. The villa is peaceful at all hours of the day, but this relies on your neighbours which can sometimes be louder families (we didn't mind). Regardless, always plenty of quiet time, and much to see and do in the local vicinity such as the Kalamata town, marina, or the Messene ancient ruins. The villa is kitted out with everything you need to start - bin bags, hand & dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Most are sufficient for a full week, but some will need replenishing. Bins are at the bottom of the road - easy to drop off en route to the beach/restaurant every 3-4 days. You will need to visit the local shops for stays longer than 3 days for essentials. There is a mini-market 15 minutes walk that has everything you need, or a Lidl 15 minutes drive away for more selection. We recommend having a car as the main road is quite hazardous to walk on. Overall, this is the first time we have ever revisited a holiday destination twice. We loved it even more this time, so I am confident we will be back next year!

Everything was ok...good value... location from the beach, ok

The apartment was great. Large rooms, comfortable beds. The private pool was lovely, my son spent there hours, morning and night. The kitchen had everything one may need. The breakfast was great! Location was great - yes, it is 20 minutes from Kalamata but who needs to go there when you have so beautiful beaches 3 minutes from the apartment and great variety of restaurants and taverns near by. Most important - the owners are super nice and helpful.

Beautiful clean newly renovated apartment. Bed was comfortable, AC did it's job, full kitchen and really nice shower. Easy to get the keys through self-checkin. Parking right in front of the door. Close to the beaches and walking distance to some restaurants. It was quiet and dark in the room. I liked it so much I booked a second room.
