Self-Catering Accommodations in Platí

Ολα ήταν τέλεια και άψογα. Χίλια ευχαριστώ για της σπιτικές Καλαματιανές ελιές.

This home was situated in a small village that seemed active and bustling. Our host met us and kindly orientated us to the property. The house is very large and amazing with huge porches. Each room seems to have access to a porch as I recall and the views are spectacular. As an American on a short visit to Greece, this was such a great stay we found a few days before traveling here. We were met in the morning with fresh grapes and figs by the owner. The air-conditioning was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch overlooking olive groves. The house was clean and so functional for our needs-- a family of 6 and traveling with 2 additional companions (for a total of 8). Thank you to the host for making this stay so superb. Not too far from the sea-- 25 minutes drive I recall. We enjoyed a meal in the village and shopping at the local grocery store and bakery, a short 5 minute walk from the house. While the street is somewhat narrow coming in to the gated house, there was sufficient space for parking our large passenger van. Beautiful stay in this home. Thank you!!

The property is a very beautiful stone villa right by the centre of the town of Valyra, which is about a 25 minute drive through back roads from Messena. Molina has some of the most spectacular Greek ruins in Greece. Almost no one visits it so we got the entire 50 ha site to ourselves.

There was everything we loved about this place! The remote location (you do need a car), the apartment, the tranquility, even the morning roster calling didn’t bother us. From here you can reach all the places near Kalamata. We even drove to Olympia from here. This is a place for those who want to spend peaceful time when at home, away from the city noice. There is all you need; for cooking, washing machine, coffee machine..The pool our daughter used only once, because it was still too cold, but when you can use it it is definitely a total bonus. The scenery is amazing! We would definitely come back here!

Don't think twice. The house is beautiful! Very comfortable! Got everything you might need! And we also loved! The area. So beautiful! Many places to visit and explore.

Everything. Eva and her son Nikolai were wonderful hosts. Eva's over 100 year old stone house has all the mod cons, is super clean and contains all the amenities one needs. The a/c is excellent. We liked It’s proximity to Ancient Messini (10 minutes away by car) and quiet village location. Eva's family olives are the finest we have ever tasted.
