I absolutely loved my stay at Niche and will definitely stay again. The room is very comfy and has a lot of storage, a nice size shower and private toilet. There is a couch that has a Murphy bed attached to it and it is surprisingly very comfortable and makes it very easy to get the bed out of the way during the day and have a couch to sit on. There is a small refrigerator and cooking area as well. All of the rooms are the same size and every floor has a community kitchen and living room area. The building also has laundry, a gym, a movie room, a game room and an amazing rooftop deck and front sitting room with coffee. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly.

Loved everything about our stay! The location was fantastic- a super short walk to the train that takes you to the city center. Tons of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Super easy access via code. The room itself was cute and cozy. We really appreciated that the shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! The complimentary water bottles and cokes in the fridge were a nice touch, too. The laundry room was the icing on the cake! Would highly recommend!! Wouldn’t change a thing!

This is an awesome place to stay. Very nice, comfortable, modern house with all amenities. The hosts are super helpful and nice people. Location : 10 min from the beach and station is great. We could go to Dublin easily by train every day. All the appliances, amenities are new and kept in very good shape. When we visit Dublin again, we will definitely prefer to stay here.

The property was clean and secure. The tram ws right across from the building which made it convenient to go to the city. Overall great experience and the host were responsive and helpful. I will highly recommend this property.

In 40 yrs of travelling, I have never stayed in an apartment or home rental that was better suited to me and met every need I had. The hostess, Deirdre, was always available if I did need something (I didn't, but she reached out anyway). I didn't need anything because she had already thought of everything to the last. Had I been travelling with others, the fact that both rooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, was perfect.

Absolutely delighted with our stay at this location! The condo was spacious and very clean, and situated perfectly near a Luas station and a Tesco Express for last-minute grocery items. Our host was incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had. We travel often to Ireland to visit family and this was genuinely one of the nicest locations we’ve spent time in. My children begged us in hopes to stay here again in the future!

Excellent location right across the street from Blackrock's DART station for easy access to central Dublin. Right on the waterfront, great for walking and jogging. Steps away from Blackrock's many excellent cafés, restaurants, and bars. Two supermarkets less than 10 minutes walk. Apartment is very spacious and reasonably well appointed.
