We have been in Iceland for almost 3 weeks and this by far the best stay of our visit. It is a self catering cottage, well appointed, and so well equipped for a comfortable convenient stay. Everything from shoe horn to air fryer!! The best I would definitely come back!!

We were quite surprised by the size of the house, happily I must add. First there's a porch with a grill and outside dinning area. Then when you go inside, you'll see a fully equipped kitchen, family room with a TV and a dining table. The bathroom was really nice. Comfy beds.

Very peaceful farm setting. My teenaged kids loved watching the horses and petting the kittens and friendly dogs. The house is really large with comfortable furnishings Very clean. Loved being able to prepare breakfast in the kitchen. Lots of spices there to use. Lovely place!

The cottage is very cozy with a loft to accommodate more people and right by a river. It’s about 10 minutes drive from city but conveniently located by route 1 and works for us to visit Hengifoss and canyon in one day.

Cute cottages in a remote and scenic setting. Rooms were small but living spaces were good size and nicely done. Appreciated the curtains/shades. Horses nearby and a friendly cat came for a visit.
