The location was excellent, professional staff, quiet and clean.

Clean and beautiful apartment. We were able to check-in earlier than the usual check-in time. Easy communication with the host. The heating system is really good since they have heated floors. Really comfortable bed.

Great swimming pools and lots of activities for kids

The room was spatious, with a kettle, coffee and tea. Also glases and real cups for hot drinks. Bathroom has everything and also a bidet. Mattras was new and comfy, sheets also new and clean. A public parking just beside the hotel with plenty of free spaces.

Great location! Super clean! It has litteraly everything you need. Fully equiped kitchen. Garden with table and chairs, sunbeds... We used bycicles for free. Close to hypermarket. Parking available and free of charge. Welcoming hosts! High above expectations!

The place was perfect. It was very clean and close to the historic center. Communication was excellent and very easy. I highly recommend it. The view was beautiful, directly facing the lake.

You are living inside the castle, wow! And they transfer you from car park to the doors of the apartment on a electric car (included in the parking price)

I like everything; I used the application to gain access to the property. The application became active exactly at check-in time. The apartment amenities were adequate. The kitchen accessories were complete. The laundry was functioning. The jaccuzi was okay. The neighbourhood was secured.

We loved the location, the tranquility, the garden, the playground, the pool access, and the terrace. It's an excellent choice for families with children as well.

The property is new, neat and clean. There are electric car transit us from parking to the property. Very comfortable . The owner, Christin, was very nice and helpful, he greeted us at the property. The location is in the middle of Sirmione. There were some noise from the street below but no problem for us.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, The host met us to provide us with keys and clear instructions about the apartment. She communicated with us clearly and quickly about check-in and check-out procedures. The on-site parking lot was easy to use and a huge plus. We are Sabbath observers and really appreciated the 2 minute walk to synagogue as well as being able to use regular non-electronic keys on the Sabbath. The bed was comfortable. The washing machine was important for us to utilize in the middle of our trip and worked very well, after the host and her neighbor figured out that we needed to turn the water on. The kitchen facilities were excellent. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked fantastic. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Incredible lake side place, very quiet, great private beach and pool, central location for touring Garda, Sirmione and local town (Desenzano) is and filled with restaurants and store.
