Clean, quiet, location, facilities

Good place to stay. Bed is very comfortable. Great service from owner. Everything well organized.

Clean Close to Train and Malls

The house was in a fantastic, quiet neighborhood. An easy walk to the train station, pharmacy, 7-11, and Family Mart. Less than a 10 minute walk from a Don Quiote and about a 30 min train ride to downtown Tokyo We traveled with 5 people. The house had plenty of privacy for all of us while providing a clean and relaxing environment. The property owner was kind and welcoming and walked us through all the necessary routines to set up our stay. If I come back to the area, I would definitely re-book this property.

Japanex Ichikawa was very clean and lots of rooms, very comfortable for the 5 of us.

This home was great for 4 adults and 5 kids, including a baby. We really enjoyed living here for 2 weeks. We had a spare bedroom we used as an office.

Everything was very clean A lot of amenities were included, we didn't expect water, coffee and snacks in the fridge, thank you! Good water pressure, wifi, a/c, washing machine and drying bathroom function. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was spotless, spacious, and the air conditioning worked great to keep the room cool. The bathroom was very clean and large, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Check-in was seamless with an easy key pickup, and the host was fantastic—very easy to communicate with and quick to assist whenever I needed help. Highly recommended!

The property could fit my family of 5, it came with full instructions in English and I was able to feel comfortable with my stay.
