Self-Catering Accommodations in Osaka

The rooms are pretty big than standard Japanese hotel rooms. There was a dresser too and kitchenette. There is also a common area with free ice cream, coffee (really good mocha) and drinks.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Note to everybody: japanese small double bed can not be comfortably used by two europeans, unless they are very, like, very slim. And the bed measurements in inches are greatly confusing, especially since Japan does use metric system, same as most of the world. We were switched to another room, no problem, and the rest of our stay was all in all pleasant.

Very clean, spacious, quiet and convenient location

I love the place especially their kitchen and its convenient drier for clothes.

very clean, and all new faciity. 2 room but can join together, also have reduce voice between room. Good kitchen.

This was our best choice in Osaka and we definitely will stay here again. To summarize, this is budget friendly host with all the amenities needed - oh no it's has everything more than travelers needs. Location is super great, near Dontoburi, Kumoron and all the attractive destinations. Host is very friendly and supportive, they supported both music show and other entertainment requests from us dedication and kindness. This hotel is truly Japanese

Wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Check-in was quick and easy, with clear instructions to follow. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great location. Quiet place to sleep. Excellent cooking and lounging faciilities.

The location is great and very easy to communicate

Space for my family of 5 and beds were comfy enough. Friendly first contact with staff and easy check in and check out. Quieter local area in crazy Osaka is nice.

The service and amenities were superb. Everything was well thought of . We like that they considered every detail of their guests needs. It’s a unique experience for guests. The private onsen experience was wonderful… again everything we need was there and even more than what we need. We love everything and it made us want to come back again in Osaka and we will stay longer next time.

The Japanese room was very nice.

Amazing location and very kind hosts!

Near train stations. Quiet. Peaceful.

Good location, kitchen facilities, and washing machine.

Washer is a great bonus. Convenient shower and kitchen. Clean, relativetily spacious for Japan. Very close to Subway station. The best lodging experience in out trip to Japan. Thank you.

Super, SUPER comfy beds. We ended up accidentally sleeping for 12 hours upon arrival :) The hosts were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags off in our room a few hours before check-in. The room was completely spotless and the temperature lulled us to the comfiest sleep of our trip. The location was also fantastic. A short walk away from Kuromon Market.

Location is good, pretty close to shopping mall and train. But quite after get into the property. Easy to check in and staff response is very swiftly!!

Nice spacy room. Hotel is close to a station.

We like it because it was very clean and very comfortable.

Everything was excellent! The location is fantastic, the host was wonderful, and the property was extremely clean, organized, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend

The place was really cute and worked great for our family of 4. It was a few minutes walk from the train station which also made it a bit noisy. The space itself was very cozy and you could feel all the thought and care that was put into making and decorating it. Ken was a great host and very responsive when we had a few questions and requests several different times. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Osaka, and check out Ken's restaurant.

This will be the second time I am staying at this place. The host- Niho-san is as amazing as ever, the place itself is beautiful and clean, with advanced shower facilities. Additionally there is a mini onsen facility available upon request to the host. I very highly recommend this place in Osaka due to convenient location to Dotonbori. I will be most likely stay at Niho-san's place again if I'm visiting Osaka again!

The staff was kind, the location is exeptionally easy to access from train networks and the room was very clean
