Japanese service is fantastic anyway - these guys went over and above. So helpful and kind. They even dropped us to the train station! Was incredibly impressed.

One of the best japan’s hotel in my experience (I have been traveling to Japan for 10 years)
Staff are so friendly and one of them can speak Thai (a little bit)
Free curry and popcorn and soft drink and alcohol at lobby
We got one massage chair in the room
the tub bath had jacuzzi function and bathroom is surprisingly large (they have 1 TV in bathroom)
