Room was a decent size (especially for Japan) - not crowded, though not spacious. Layout made it easy to move around, and we appreciated the wall hooks, and small bench and table. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette and bathroom especially were a good size and clean. Modern with USB-C outlets.

It's really good place for family. There is a dining table and all stuffs are really good. They use Dyson and Balmuda for kitchen stuffs. The stuff is really helpful and very responsive. My family really happy to stay here and hope to come back again!

Bigger than your typical Japanese hotel. Nice layout suitable for 4 people to stay in one room. Love that it has a mini kitchen with all the necessary supplies. The staff is welcoming. Would stay here again :) Also, the udon shop opposite of the hotel is superb.

The apartment had two rooms, one had a fold out sofa bed and we could close a sliding door to separate the rooms. This really helped because one of the family is a light sleeper and could have more peace. The apartment itself has plenty of room a good kitchen, washing machine and good shower. very comfortable. There is a good bar across the street and a Lawsons only 100m away.

This was a very nice place to stay. While it was a bit bigger than we needed I’m glad we went with this property. It is a newer property and extremely well taken care of. Not a negative aspect to this property. Close to Hakata station.
