Great location, value for money, super helpful and friendly staff

This hotel had super friendly staff! They made my husband and I feel comfortable very comfortable questions, figuring out how to use the laundry, and loaning us some wall plugs compatible with our US chargers. The food was fantastic and I loved the accessibility of the snacks and clothing located in the lobby.

Location was perfect for us as a family, very peaceful and quiet, only a 5-minute walk from Moo Beach. Breakfasts were delightful and diverse, and my 2-year-old daughter enjoyed them every day of our stay.

When you get the lounge access addition you get so many free drinks and alcohol. Everything was very pretty. 3rd floor is the best floor to stay since it’s most convenient to the pool and lounges.

The cleaner is very helpful to clean my room since my son accidentally broke a glass toy.

The location was great. Walking distance to a little beach area. Near the center of the island, so easy to navigate around to get to all sites and activities. Rooms were large, beds much softer than on mainland. Appreciated the kitchenette and laundry services in the apartment.

Staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. The interior decoration and views give it a very cozy artistic feeling down to the smallest detail. The bedroom especially was very large and comfortable with a personal wine cooler. The sauna and cold plunge was a spectacular relaxing experience for an extra 3000 yen per person (highly recommended).

I arrived late and was unable to access with the electronic lock. I was able to call late at night and get assistance immediately.

It was close to where our friends live, so it was easy for them to come pick us up every day. It was clean, and the kitchenette area well appointed. The bathroom was great with plenty of toiletries of good quality.

The property exceeded our expectations by far! The pictures do not do this property justice. The building itself is lovely both on the outside and inside (not visible from the photos on the website). The view is spectacular (also not captured by photos). The unit is very large and easily sleeps 9 people. We used the washer and dryer which were great. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed with all necessary amenities. And the unit is spectacularly clean! Parking is spacious. Bathrooms are also spacious and great showers (high water pressure and good water heat). Our only disappointment is that we did not visit the cafe next door until our last day. The food was excellent, the service exceptional, and the prices very reasonable. The only potential downside to this place is that it is not really walking distance to anywhere. We had a car so it didn't bother us but for anyone that doesn't have a car, it would be hard to take advantage of the nearby places. I can't wait to come back!
