We liked everything about this place. The location is perfect! The room was huuuge, clean and comfortable. The garden around the building is lovely. The kitchen is very useful. The staff barely spoke English but they were very friendly and helpful.

It's a beautiful little apartment very close to the centre of Palenque, around the corner from the bus station. Has everything you could need: kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, double bed, air conditioning. Excellent value.

Stunning place inside the forest with nice forniture. All the noises that you could hear is the wind and the forest’s animal but at the same time is close to Palenque archeological site. My only advice is to put more lights on the kitchen and on the bathroom.

Great private room. Near the ADO in a quiet neighborhood. Not near the city center, which is why I choose the place. AC, hot water, wifi all worked great. Bed is huge and comfortable, kitchette has everything to make basic meals. It's a two burner hot plate, toaster, and coffee maker, tea kettle and mini fridge. No microwave. Host was friendly, helpful, responsive, and lovely. Highly recommend as a base to explore the area.

Very clean and spacious room (felt like a small apartment) with a really well equipped kitchen. We felt very much at home here. Small French balcony, where we were able to have a drink on it. The owners were very helpful. It’s a short walk to the city/bus station, but no problem for everyone who likes to walk (like us). Great value for money!

The apartment is super spacious, there is everything one needs. Linder ist extremely helpful and provides a whole folder with places and restaurants to visit as well as information on how to get there. The location is also great, very close to a nice street full of restaurants, but also close to the center. Would definitely recommend.
