It's a beautiful little apartment very close to the centre of Palenque, around the corner from the bus station. Has everything you could need: kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, double bed, air conditioning. Excellent value.

The rooms is big,bed is comfortable, it has an AC unit and a ceiling fan, the kitchen is simple but does the trick and the bathroom was good too! We loved our stay here.

Very clean and spacious room (felt like a small apartment) with a really well equipped kitchen. We felt very much at home here. Small French balcony, where we were able to have a drink on it. The owners were very helpful. It’s a short walk to the city/bus station, but no problem for everyone who likes to walk (like us). Great value for money!

It is an extremely beautiful, clean apartment with so much attention to detail, one of the best in this price range we stayed in all around the world! Linder is so nice, helpful, responsive and speaks great English, thank you so much. Spacious, light rooms, very comfortable bed, AC in both kitchen and bedroom which is very important in Palenque, hot water option in the shower although you won't need it. Kitchen has all the basics you might need including salt, cooking oil, coffee and tea. Drinking water supply. Good wi-fi. Located in a pretty area with some nicer restaurants, 5 mins to cheaper local places and colectivos to the ruins, ADO station and a few more minutes to a big Chedraui supermarket. There's a binder with helpful information in the apartment, plus Linder send us a lot of uselful tips too. Cannot reccommend enough!
