The property is In a beautiful area. And very quiet and peaceful. The host is polite friendly and informative about what there is to do and visit in Amsterdam and about the best way of getting around. We had a lovely anniversary break away.

Beautiful property, close enough to Amsterdam if you need to be there but far enough away to really enjoy the quiet countryside.

The view was amazing and the place is so comfy with a beautiful garden.

It was only a short walk from the city center (about 10 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the city center), and the area had many local shops and a supermarket about 5 minutes away. The parking is large, and the owner is incredibly kind. However, the GPS does take you to the wrong parking spot (but that is not the owner's fault). The snacks provided were delicious, and the bed was super comfortable. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

When I decided to book in that time I planned to stay and try new experience like Dutch county side. Really I was nice, warm and small property, located in a beautiful village that only 10 to 15 mins by bus from Amsterdam, the host Michael and his wife Brenda were extremely friendly and helpful.

Peaceful oasis in close proximity to Amsterdam's city center. Evert, the host, was super friendly and provided good recommendation on what the area had to offer. The cabled ferry to reach the house was incredibly fun and so unique. The house was well stocked and decorated with exquisite taste.

it's pretty close to the ferries, making it very easy to get to centraal station. the boat was clean and the rooms were small but very pleasant. it was also very nicely decorated.

Central location, yet very quiet appartment. Superb equipment in the appartment (sauna, solar, multiple TVs, ...). Great host - tips for restaurants, places to see, ...

Lovely accommodation over looking the water.

The location was very convenient, with both a bus stop and a metro station within a short walking distance. The surrounding nature and the cabin itself were beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing.

Everything, from the studio room to the reception, restaurant and the outisde view and area. It is very peaceful, beautiful by the waterside, with good view of canal houses, boats/ferries and yet calm. The studio room was very functional, well equipped and clean. The staff is the best part, very helpful, responsive and best surprise was room service by the restaurant 😊 Hardly find any in EU cities so this was a big plus. One of our best stays so far. I would highly recommend and it’s also good to sit and work at the reception/restaurant area below. Would definitely love to book a stay here again. Thanks to the July Boat team!

The cosiest and most beautiful stay in Amsterdam. Check in was smooth; Host greeted us and let us settle. we didn’t bump into the family at all, so although the homestead is connected to the property, it definitely feels like your own little home. The space was open and versatile; access to microwave and a portable stovetop was great. the shower was AMAZING and the bed was honestly the comfiest bed we’ve slept in on our European travels. the fire place was a cherry on top! the location was great, with easy access to public transport, it made it easier to explore all parts of Amsterdam. overall, couldn’t recommend this homestead enough- you can not get a better price for this quality accomodation.

Brilliant apartment for a big family. Very spacious, perfect location.

Room was spacious with all the amenities mentioned in their brochure. Location was ideal with walkind distance to Sloterdijk station being only 5 minutes away. Connection from there to any part of the city was good.
