Housekeeper was very helpful when we forgot laptop.

Very modern apartment, and very well planned. Nice balcony, good location (a 15-minute walk from the center of the city, and there is a supermarket, a gas station and restaurants nearby). Parking is also nice and comfortable.

Smooth check in , All details about the property explained to us and keys were handed over without delay . Our credit card was not working, even after several attempts but the staff said there is network issues but eventually he was able to do it after a lot of attempt. Thanks to him for that because if it had been some place else they would just refuse and hand over the card back to the customer .. The wifi is fast and the facilities in the apartment is top class. No problems whatsoever . 5 stars to this property 👌👍

We had an amazing stay, we were amazed by the property. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa room were all equipped with the best quality. Highly recommend the villa for anyone who is looking for a perfect escape.

Almost nothing. Very bad. I'll write here and continue below. This was a very bad stay. Probably the very worst I've had with booking. We stayed for 4 nights. I won't write everything because i'm not getting paid for this, but I want to warn future potential guests. 1 - communication and property management - the property is managed by "booking hosts", an outside company that manages properties. You cannot reach the host, and booking hosts have no idea where the property is. when sending a message, you get an AI bot answering a generic answer. When calling them you get a generic rep that has no idea about anything. 2 - reaching the property and access - the property is officially in Krakow, but it's on the very outskirts. the GPS location does not lead to the house. you need to go on a dirt road and drive about 100 meters to a gate. not easy when it's dark and there's no one to talk to. the dirt road is also clearly marked as no access to vehicles. Only saving grace is that it's relatively close to a park and ride stop, so you can use that to get into the city, which will take about 45 minutes to an hour. 3 - the property - really bad. no living room, no tv, very bad beds (mattresses very thin). sleeping rooms are big (there's a pool table in one), which causes an echo and it's almost impossible to talk to each other. There's also no effective blinds/curtains, so the rooms cannot get dark.
