Everything, the room was large, the beds comfortable, there was everything you would need here. There is also a lovely garden you I can sit in. The whole room was tastefully decorated. The owner of these apartments checked us in herself. She was such a lovely person and so helpful. This is a lovely town and well worth visiting. I would recommend staying here, well worth it.

If you are taking the train to Auschwitz, this hotel is the most convenient you'll find, as it is across the street from the train station. Even better, you can literally walk to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Advise: buy a ticket to Auschwitz on the museum's website; https://www.auschwitz.org, then take a cab to Auschwitz (your cab driver will walk you right to the gate); cost about $5.00 USD; tour costs about $43.00 USD. About 2.5 hours long; don't waste your money on all these third-party tour companies. The train from Krakow, Poland cost about $10.00 one-way to Auschwitz. If you're flying, fly into Warsaw or Krakow and take the train to Auschwitz. Check into the hotel right across the street (The tour is the same as all these third-party companies offer. In fact, we ended up with two extra people leaving their third-party tour company and joining ours. Breakfast was perfect!!! Took a short ride down the elevator to the restaurant that looks out to the train station, great view. Very safe hotel (the cleanest train station I've ever been to), not like your average train station. Again, the hotel is a short walk, very easy to get to. You'll love the hotel elevator, but read the directions on how to operate it... Very cosy and clean rooms. Extreamly quite, love this place!!!

Very nice accomodation, clean and cozy, it has everything you need. We stayed for just one night but wished we could stay more. The self check-in and the communication with the host was perfect. It's close to the museum, so I recommend it especially for those who are visiting Auschwitz.

Very new and cute apartment with modern furnishings and appliances. The location is right at the Old Town Square. Everything was clean and the check in process was well thought out.

everything, the location is very close to Auschitz museum, I was thinking twice before booking it being so close, but the location is so nice, the checkin is super easy with door code, the apartment perfect. The building is new and for us was important that the parking was close to the apartment, like few steps. Amazing!

it is exactly like the pic but once you walk inside it is better! the accommodations are modern and it felt luxurious. the bed was comfortable and everything was in working condition. I highly recommend this place. it is right across the street from Auschwitz.

Very clean, quiet, and modern.

I only gave the owners about 5 minutes but they were ready and I was booked in and situated almost immediately. Very pleasant lady. The air-conditioning was powerful and so much appreciated is the weather's been sweltering hot. The location from the main square couldn't have been better. I would happily stay again.

Perfect location to visit the city centre, Zator (Energylandia) and of course: Auschwitz. Great interior design with art theme (Vienna Room with Gustav Klimt) , spacious terrace, comfortable beds, warm room. Very attentive staff.

The property itself is really nice. The host were very polite and responsive which made finding the property location and check-in smooth. The host himself came to handover the keys and assisted with our car parking. Highly recommend this property for all above reasons.

Big apartment, full kitchen, comfy beds, further from the center, so no noise, plenty of parking space. To be honest the apartment was more than I expected.

Comfortable apartment arranged with good taste. Nine kilometers from Auscwitz-Birkenau museum to visit. There is a good Italian restaurant from the same owner 800 meters from the apartment.
