Location, services, friendliness. Seriously, you can walk to the River in one minute. You can be in the old town Square in two. The food in the accompanying restaurant is excellent!

Beautiful, peaceful location, not far from the city center. Everything was absolutely spotless, and the accommodation was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others.

The location was very quiet and offered quick and easy access to the city centre by car. The host waited for us even though we arrived at around 8:00 p.m. The room was very clean and well equipped. The room also had a quiet air conditioner, which was very useful because of the extremely high temperatures during our stay.

Everything. The host is amazing. We were greeted, handed the keys, and given a tour of the place. The place has 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen/living and a swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the swimming pool, but the outside area is perfect. The house sits on a hill overlooking the city. It's about a 5-minute drive from the place to the main centre, so ideally you have a car. A super coffee machine and some games for the kids made it even more special.

The apartment is huge -- our family was happily spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are two grocery stores in walking disatance --that helped to save some money on eating out. The apartment was also stocked with books for all tastes in several languages and kids engagement items. Very quet. Great parking situation. Excellent location. Great rest/sleep.

Charming house in green garden is exactly what it is. Very charming house and places in the garden to stay there. We could leave our bikes in the locked garage. This was perfect. Borislav and his wife are very kind people and we enjoyed our stay very much. Supermarkets nearby and a short ride with the bikes to the city center.

everything!!! They offer an outdoor heated pool even in winter. However, we couldn’t use it as we were all already sick. They also provided three bottles of wine, and all of this was included in the accommodation price—it’s hard to believe!

Very clean and on walking distance from the city center of Maribor. Perfect for those who like to explore the region. It has almost everything you need if you like to stay here for a few days. The owners are very responsive and friendly. Even if you arrive earlier than initially estimated there's a way to sort the keys out.

Great appointment at reasonable price. Great parking, everything seems new and modern. We didn't have a chance to eat at property due to being in a hurry but great bakery was just 150 metar down the street with good super cheap breakfast options if you are in hurry.

Close to shopping, has an elevator, easy to park, safe and secure, well provisioned with complimentary wine, fruit, snacks, and basics such as coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dish soap. Very well equipped with appliances and furniture and Tv. Control for cool and warm air. Balcony, operating windows, very clean and well decorated.

The hole apartment was exceptional. Super clean and new. Special candy present for the kids.

Cute little apartment, kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking items, spacious bathroom, nice shaded patio, parking right in front. Good AC & wifi. Relaxed neighborhood- Hofer a few minutes away by car. Everything as described. Clear check in instructions, fast communication with a very helpful owner.

Everything was top and spotless! Owner (Mrs. Dina) is to be commended!
