Self-Catering Accommodations in Ko Ma

I loved staying here. The villa is really private and peaceful, with a lovely garden all around, and the pool was honestly one of our favorite parts. It was so nice to come back after spending the day at the beach and just relax there. The area is quiet but still close to everything we needed, especially one of the nicest beaches on Koh Phangan. The whole place felt very well looked after and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay here again. It was one of those places where you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive.

This is definitely the best side of the island - away from the mass tourism. The premises were great, amazing value of money. It was great to have a kitchen to cook your own food, as there is a lot of food poisoning lingering on the island. Furthermore, the host was very friendly and makes sure you have a great stay. 10/10 !!

It was magical... I wanted to be alone, surrounded by nature and peace, and that’s exactly what I got. It felt like in a fairy-tale to wake up to birdsong and enjoy the sounds of nature in a hammock on the terrace. I made friends with a lizard and some squirrels. The cottage had everything I needed, and the bed was really comfortable- slept like a log. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, and there’s a store nearby as well. When I’m back on the island, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else.

The property is on a quite hill with wonderful views. A car or scooter is a must - but if you have it within 3-5 Minutes you reach restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and more. The houses are new (hey opened March 2026) and well equipped. You have kitchen utensils to cook, a comfy bed - just everything you would need. Our hist was also very nice and helpful! We definitely would come again.

Newly build spacious house, fully equipped, quiet area

We absolutely loved our stay. Communication with Eitan was super fluid, he has been helpful throughout our stay and just overall one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met. The villa itself is any family’s dream: beautiful, cozy, spacious and well-kept by adorable house helper Lala who’s been an absolute angel to have by our side. She made sure our stay was fully about relaxing, by taking care of the cleaning and even cooking for us. We grew fond of her and miss her lots. All rooms have an extraordinary view. The pool is remarkable, you feel as though you’re one-on-one with the nature. The villa includes all the amenities, literally everything you could possibly need. We loved spending our evenings on the large terrace, we had enough space to even host a few dinners with friends. For calmer evenings we sank into the sofa to watch Netflix or read books from the host’s collection (a special thank you from my daughter for a selection of books in various languages). Of course, hanging around the pool on hot days, or chilling under the AC in large beds had been a must. Despite the party vibe of the island, the villa is surrounded by nature so it’s absolutely calm, while also having everything in close proximity - we went for breakfast and dinner every day in numerous cafes only a few minutes away. Even our pup found a friend - going for walks with Tobik made them both so happy. We are so so grateful for having discovered this place. It’s definitely not our last visit. Thank you for everything! Best New Year’s vacation.

One of the best sunset view places we have stayed in so far. Comfortable and quiet place to stay with the private pool and terrace on the top of the hill. We enjoyed a garden, tropical forest and a great Salad beach nearby.

Beautiful amazing Villa! Even better than the pictures. The villa feels like a mini hotel only for you, the views are out of this world. Anna is very kind and helpful!

The decoration is beautiful and the furniture it’s very nice. Place is clean the staff is amazing, the beds are comfy. There are stairs to get to the house but it’s alright for us, they helped us with our luggage.

The house looks amazing. really decorative, clean and comfortable. the beach is a few steps away and has an amazing resturant.

Perfect if you want to be few steps from the beach

Unbelievable Seaview with some of the greatest sunsets I've seen, the place is highly maintained and clean

I like that it was nice and quiet, staff were very friendly and great job cleaning. Accommodation was nice. Spacious and clean.

Great location, views are really nice, and staff are very welcoming!

Don’t even think twice about coming here! The location is amazing! The staff is amazing! The food is amazing! 10 out of 10!

What a gorgeous hotel! Zee is paradise and such a relaxing retreat from the bustle of Koh Phangan. The private houses are beautifully designed with very nice layouts. All exit out on to the pool. The staff are all very nice and accommodating! They were quick to help us coordinate transfers from the Koh Samui airport and a motorbike rental. They work hard to keep everything at the hotel in top shape. There are some reviews that call out bugs in rooms. This is a jungle!!!! Every once in a while, a bug might get in. The people complaining probably left the giant front door open because it was beautiful outside, and a friendly bug crawled in from the stunning jungle landscaping. Get over it and enjoy being so immersed in nature. Super important: Great vegan options at the restaurant!!!

the beach view was great, the beach club in front (summer salt) had great food and nice events; nice music till 9 - 9.30 pm and then quiet; the sea was lovely (in the morning when there was no low tide), stuff at the shop in front was very friendly, felt very good - loved the hammock at the big covered terrace; lots of very good restaurants around; 7-eleven not far away; one day there was a problem with the water which was fixed very quickly,
