Everything about it was great

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment which is spacious and very clean in a building occupied by a family. The host Amine was easy to communicate with and was very friendly. The apartment is located at the edge of town, so we needed a car to go to the center of town. Excellent value for the size and the quality of the lodging. We recommend it without hesitation to other travelers.

We liked everything about this property. It’s located right in the heart of the Medina, the guest house is basically a dãr, a traditional house with a beautiful open air courtyard and few rooms around it. Then upstairs is the guest room which is a large double room with a spare single bed, both very comfortable, your own kitchen , bathroom and even your own terrace. Everything was very clean and traditionally decorated. Good taste everywhere you look at. The highlight of this guest house is its host, Brahim. The most chilled man in town , very cool character, an actor and super host. The breakfast provided is traditional style breakfast with lots of local baked breads, fresh fruits, cottage cheese, boiled gags, honey, olive oil, tea, lemonade and coffee. Great place to stay, highly recommended

The host went out of his way to accommodate us in his beautiful top-floor apartment, even helping to carry up our bags and all our Tunisian souvenirs! When I mentioned the lights were dim in the sitting area, Hamid replaced them for me. What a huge difference that made! The terrace was by far the loveliest we've ever been lucky enough to have while traveling to over 100 countries, with a hammock, couches to lounge on, and stunning views. All the rooms were large: the bedroom, sitting area with a couch, loveseat, and a chair, and an eat-in kitchen with a washer. A few things were missing in the kitchen when we arrived - a sponge, dish detergent, a lighter for the stove, etc, but the owner promptly provided them after I mentioned it. He was the most responsive host we've ever had the pleasure of meeting while traveling to over 100 countries. What more could anyone want?! Too bad we hadn't planned on staying longer in Sousse as the city was a delight to explore and the apartment was beautiful and an absolute steal!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the seaside and close to everything in the Sousse tourist zone. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The building is quiet, secure, and the parking space was a great bonus. The WIFI was fast and reliable, making the stay even better.

It’s very nice apartment but unfortunately wasn’t clean dust all over

The apartment is exactly as pictured and everything is within a 20 minute drive. The beach only took.4 minutes to.get to and you can see the Med. Sea from the window. The apartment was a wonderful stay! The hostess is very. Ice and accommodating. I will definitely book again.

The location is perfect, very quiet neighborhood with surrounding caffes, resultants and supermarkets. The apartment is very well equipped. Marwan is very friendly and responsive.
