I liked the breakfast cleanliness of room and small kitchen the location was great nice and quiet and laundry facilities it was great felt like home

The place was really comfortable relaxing not that much noise from the outside the neighborhood was quiet no drama no BS it's really a Chill Spot to relax and enjoy yourself and get away from everything

Very small, but cozy stay. The place was clean and the host was very responsive and courteous. Booking was seamless and it overall felt like a nice little place to get away. Side note; the beds are VERY firm, which works for me but not my wife.

The house was amazing along with the host excellent communication and fast responses.

Every thing wash great and clean

TJ's place was an amazing stay. She was very considerate and gave us a great renovated place to stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and put together. 2 blocks from the trolley to Center City. Great for a weekend for a trip to Philly.

The property is in Pristine condition… very clean as well as decorated very nicely. Our host was extremely responsive! We will go back to this property or any of the other properties she owns.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. We couldn't have asked for better service, ease of booking and quite surprised with everything that was in the apartment. We didn't need a thing. All rooms were spotless. Kitchen well equipped. If you need a homelike comfortable place to rest yourself after a long trip or just a visit to the area, this is the place to book. You won't regret it. Shanda, the owner is so polite and easy to talk to. Also, less than 10 minutes to and from the airport.

Quaint 3rd Floor loft is the upper floor of a handsome 1900's detached residence, with it's own separate access. Our Hosts had thought of absolutely everything to make this visit turn-key. The apartment is fully stocked so we didn't have to find a convenience store for basic essentials - coffee sugar foil wrap condiments etc the list would fill this page! Communication from the start was first class and we were made to feel very welcome on arrival. Budget comfortable accommodation in a fine neighbourhood close to the centre of Lansdowne makes this quiet secluded apartment a go-to for your staycation!
