This was a very lovely, comfortable and clean home. Great value for the money. We stay in Airbnb’s, etc whenever we go out of town, and this one was without exception, excellent!! Would definitely rent again!

We loved the thoughtful touches like kitchen supplies and toys for the kids. They loved the swing in their room. We also enjoyed the patio area and the grill. Nice neighborhood and convenient location.

Studio apartment was centrally located to Clearwater & St Petersburg. Met our needs to a tee, especially the fenced yard for our elderly pooch. Quiet neighborhood to walk our dog & just a couple blocks to the Catholic Church. Owner very responsive to questions or requests. Wish we could have transported our bikes to ride on the Pinellas bike trail literally in the backyard. Nice parks in Seminole to visit close by.

Very nice, private, super spacious one bedroom apartment, that’s kind of like a one bedroom townhouse. Bed was super comfortable, the jacuzzi was a super plus for the kids who want something to do after the beach day is over. 15mins from beaches, very nice

How clean it was. Our room smelled super fresh, disinfected and clean just like my house after I clean it. Even the sheets smelled like freshly bleached laundry. We loved the kitchen and the full size fridge. Staff was very friendly. Very close to the beach some 15 minutes drive. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. The toiletries provided were amazing. The snacks and drinks provided added an extra touch. It was too cold to enjoy the hot tub but it was also well kept and clean. Loved the fact that we could park in the back thru the fence. We knew the car was safe.

Like the arts area. Well cared for premises with up to date kitchen facilities. Didn’t use the buildings fitness amenities. Enjoyed seeing the other residents, younger, hip professionals with many dogs. Everyone in public areas very pleasant.
