The concierge, Teresa, was very attentive .. fixed a plumbing issue right away. Later, when I had left an item behind she went out of her way to help return it to me, thank you!

It was such a nice surprise to see all the Smeg kitchen utilities. And also the Nespresso coffe maker. Loved that they thought about us getting breakfast there, so they gave us some eggs, bread, butter and jam. It would be nice to be more mindful when it comes to food as it can go to waste, as probably happened after we left, as we are vegans and the eggs will probably be waste. The bed was very comfy and good for us, as a couple. Bathroom had everything you needed.
