Shuttle runs across the street to Hirafu.. without shuttle it is only about 10-15 mins walk uphill. The location is perfect and they made everything so easy.

The staff all speaks English. Our room view is amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were all amazing!!! We did the included breakfast and 6 course dinner. We stayed at 11 different hotels in Japan this trip and this one ranks the No. 1. When it’s time to check out, I do not want to leave.
