I've stayed many accommodations in Mexico through Airbnb so far,but this place is the best for me. I'll definitely come back here when I visit Guadalajara!

Being honest the cleaning and comfortable conditions of the apartment are good for the value of the money spent but the facility IT'S NOT SAFE AT ALL, STAY AWAY FROM IT! I have being robbed of my whole backpack (with passport, credit cards, a drone, a camera, clothes and all my most precious personal belongings) directly from my room while I was outside and exactly the last night of my stay. Coincidence or bad luck? Well it's hard to know since the property didn't take any responsibility. They didn't provide any insurance and they didn't offer any assistance even in checking the only CCTV system present inside the structure (no camera presence outside the building to protect their customers).
