Everything was perfect staff was so friendly and helpful

I had a 10/10 stay. Everything was spotless, the hotel felt truly well cared for, and the staff was genuinely amazing, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. The location is also perfect, which made getting around Guadalajara super easy. I loved every single aspect of the experience, and this will 100% be my hotel every time I come back to the city. Highly recommended!

Very close to the US Consulate At GDL. That was pretty much my reason to stay here. There is few places to eat outside.

Quiet location in nice area. Beds were very comfortable. Our trip had to be cut short due to my knee difficulties and the hotel was understanding.

It was very close to the Zapopan center, with the Basílica church about a 5 minute walk. There’s many restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. I was staying to visit my grandma at the nearby hospital, and it was only 10 minutes away by walking. The staff was also very kind and attentive, and the room was cleaned daily.

It’s very well located and has a great restaurant, the room was very comfortable and warm, there was everything I needed. Travelling with my Mom she also had everything she needed.

The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, beyond our expectations. The communication with them was excellent!

Absolutely awesome! The hotel is beautiful the room is large well equipped modern and beautiful have a great view and the best it’s the hot tub! Everything is very clean and comfortable the breakfast is delicious and all the personal is very kind! Amazing experience
