Everything was perfect staff was so friendly and helpful

Las habitaciones, detalles y olor del lugar es muy muy wow!!!

Place was great along with the staff and the actual hotel was in a great area, and everything was clean and well taken care of.

Nice and quiet. Great location

Very close to the US Consulate At GDL. That was pretty much my reason to stay here. There is few places to eat outside.

Excellent pool, warm water, easy to get into. Rooms well cleaned, well appointed, good wifi and tv stations in English.

Location is unbearable super nice and safe, employees are great at making sure your needs are fulfilled.

The rooms were pretty clean AC was great

I love the location!! I had a wonderful and comfortable time, the staff was super friendly.

Quiet location in nice area. Beds were very comfortable. Our trip had to be cut short due to my knee difficulties and the hotel was understanding.

It was very close to the Zapopan center, with the Basílica church about a 5 minute walk. There’s many restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. I was staying to visit my grandma at the nearby hospital, and it was only 10 minutes away by walking. The staff was also very kind and attentive, and the room was cleaned daily.

The location was fun being next to lots of restaurants and vendors.

Great location and staff were very nice!

It’s very well located and has a great restaurant, the room was very comfortable and warm, there was everything I needed. Travelling with my Mom she also had everything she needed.

The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, beyond our expectations. The communication with them was excellent!

Everything, and most importantly the great service.

The location is near a lot of nice restaurants so it's a nice place to walk around and have a nice dinner. Also the rooms are really clean and beds are quite comfortable. It's a small boutique hotel but I'd recommend it if you don't want to stay on a chain hotel. Also privacy is nice and they have quiet hour if you want to rest. Security is pretty good as well.

Location it is really close to the soccer stadium.

Excellent place to stay with helpful staff clean rooms and breakfast was really good but will be charged separately. Very near to Costco and other restaurants.

Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in all my many travels, and a great schedule up to 12 o'clock, because I'm not an early riser. We unexpectedly caught a couple of live music performances in the lobby bar which were great. Zaphira restaurant was our favorite, although the others were really good also. Staff friendly and polite

Excellent services and hospitalities 4 Estación restaurant was super Nice Spa facility
