Excelent location near centro historico

The front desk clerk was incredible...when I was walking through the front doors...he was calling me on my cellphone to see how I was and where I was....no one in the world has ever done that. Room was immaculate...service at the bar was flawless...will always stay at your company's hotels

The facilities are clean and modern. The personel was very friendly and the location is great. Just 20 mins walk to the city center.

everything was better than i expected for the price and location, it is a nice place and there is a starbucks inside the hotel which is convenient, buffet is great, there are many different meals you can enjoy

Everything is great in this place. The rooms, the location, the staff. The only thing I might say it can improve is the pool, it’s very small for the amount of people staying, I couldn’t even use it because it was full of people. Other than that it was quite a great experience

This is an excellent hotel! The staff are warm and welcoming. Very comfortable balcony room. Lovely pillows and bedding. The location is wonderful too. Walking distance to many sites of interest. An on site restaurant and a lovely Italian one too next door.

The standard was very good for the price. The room is very spacious, the design very updated, from the fixtures, bath design and appliances, storage. This is the type of hotel room that makes your stay more pleasant.

Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in all my many travels, and a great schedule up to 12 o'clock, because I'm not an early riser. We unexpectedly caught a couple of live music performances in the lobby bar which were great. Zaphira restaurant was our favorite, although the others were really good also. Staff friendly and polite

The architecture of the whole place was amazing, the room with a hot tub was unreal & the price was great!

The room is clean and big , it has every thing you need. The parking lot is big and comfortable. But the break fast is not good enough , the food is ok , no many choices . I got sick when I arrived and asked for plate of rice they didn’t have so I ask for a caldo de pollo … surprise it has rice . Then I ask for olive oil and they didn’t olive oil . So the kitchen is not good , the service is great .

The view, the clean rooms, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice.

Have stay there many times in the past and it had an excellent staff and the facilities are super clean and comfortable. My wife and my baby girl love the accommodations.

We’re late everything. The parking was a little difficult, but the staff accompanied us and drove with my husband to the parking facility but because we had a big truck it wasn’t suitable so they gave us a spot in the staff parking. The room was so interesting and well decorated the bed was very comfortable. The bed linens were amazing towels, soap shampoo, and the showerhead was one of those big square ones that just fell on you like water, jets elevators were fast walking distance to many different restaurants the scenery water fountains on the street statues was amazing. We would definitely stay there again. Actually we have a friend who needs to go and she will be staying with them next month.
