The hotel was awesome. The staff was extremely friendly. We got an upgrade because all the standard rooms were booked. The hotel has a great location, you can easily walk everywhere. We parked in the paid parking across from the hotel (24€ per day).

It’s a wonderful hotel near the shopping center of Andorra la Vella, and it was a fantastic experience. Despite being close to the city’s bustling shopping district, the hotel is tucked away from the traffic, offering a peaceful retreat. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely breathtaking – a perfect backdrop for relaxation especially when we were using the spa. The hotel’s staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure every need was met.
