The amazing view from the infinity pool! Breakfast was buffet-style (other options were available for dinner as well) and offered a wide variety of choices. For dinner, we chose the 3-course menu option, which changed every night, offered great dishes, and was served by the friendly staff. The hotel is very spacious, yet it feels cozy. The on-site parking garage was also a big plus! The room was nice, with a comfy bed, a balcony, and a minibar.

Sure, the building is old but I found it very charming, plenty of character, and this is part of the draw and culture of the Alpes! Reception was great. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Skiroom. Balcony views! Great location--bus stop right there; minutes to bakery and restaurants. Just nice, kind people here.

Hotel Gemma is a great value when you consider having use of the saunas and pool. We took advantage of having our dinners at the hotel. The meals were excellent with great presentation. The bar and lounge are comfortable with a beautiful view of the valley. Peter and Rita are very friendly and made our stay memorable.

Wow what a service. Extraordinary hospitality, they reacted in a friendly and creative way to our request for special dishes due to food allergies. Clean, modern and creative room layout - with perfect views. Finnisch Saunas, small Wellness area, creative interior in Restaurant. And the lovely and attentive staff.
