Absolutely wonderful. Staff, hotel, everything. One of our best stays during our 3-week trip.

Great location and super friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast, both buffed and a la carte, included in the rate and same goes for spa which had pool, whirlpool and sauna. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking.

Loved the setting, the friendly staff, the views, the playground, the comfortable beds, the shuttle service, and the Swiss restaurant. The property felt really safe and the kids could play outside while we stayed in the restaurant.
