An amazing experience! The location is perfect, just across from Interlaken West train station. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The staff is wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and delicious. Plus, there's 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and fresh water from a machine at the reception. There's nothing to complain about; it was a fantastic stay!

The lodge is really nice, equipped with everything you need. Deniz, the host, is absolutely amazing! Very kind, answered all of our questions and was available immediately to help us with everything we needed.
